I know how exciting it is to have a total solar eclipse happen in your region.  I also know what it is like to plan for one, what is needed, and the importance of support.

If you are looking for support and guidance on community eclipse planning, make sure to link in with me in the following ways, and to also complete the form below IF YOU ARE AN ECLIPSE COORDINATOR for your region.

White Paper on Community Eclipse Planning – this is the only guidance available, based upon my experiences and research from the 2012 and 2015 total eclipses.  This document can be downloaded for free here and can be circulated widely.

Skype Consultations – I am offering a free Skype consultation for eclipse co-ordinators across the path of totality. Complete the form below if you would like to get in touch to arrange this.

Eclipse Co-ordinator Mailing list – I have created a mailing list of eclipse coordinators across the region to facilitate the sharing of resources.  If you are an Eclipse Co-ordinator for your region PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.

Your dedicated community eclipse Facebook Page – I am keen to interact with all communities on their dedicated eclipse FB page.  Make sure to like my FB page so I can connect with you.  When connecting up, make sure to like my page as YOUR PAGE, rather than your personal profile.  You can also use the form below to send in links to your website.

A visit to your community – I am now starting to plan for my Being in the Shadow Path of Totality Tour, which will involve an extensive range of events and activities related to planning, consulting, outreach, engagement and media.  I will start the tour in South Carolina in April, and end in Oregon at the end of July.  If you are involved in community planning and would love for your community to be a stop on my high profile tour, then please see this blog post for more information about expressing an interest for your community.

As I mention in my White Paper, there are many unknowns when preparing a community for an eclipse.  I don’t have all the answers to these unknowns, but I certainly can help steer you in the right direction!
